Hi, I'm Nikki.
I'm the one behind Mesa Rose Co. I design the shirts, print them, sew the bags, and pack every order myself.
Why I started
I've always loved the western look. What I couldn't find was a tee with a design that was simple but stunning: beautiful on its own, easy to wear, the kind people stop and ask about. Most of what I found was loud, sparkly, or felt like a costume.
So I started making my own.
How it's made
The tees. I design every graphic and print it myself using DTF (direct-to-film), in small batches. I print on Comfort Colors 1717: heavyweight, garment-dyed cotton in earthy colors that gets softer every time you wash it.
The bags. Every makeup bag is quilted and sewn by me. The small ones are one of a kind. Each is the only one in its fabric combo, so when it's gone, it's gone.
The jewelry. I don't make the jewelry. I pick simple western pieces that go with the shirts.
What I believe
More clothes isn't the goal. Better ones are.
I'd rather make the shirt you reach for every week than add one more to the pile. Simple designs, good fabric, colors that go with your jeans.
