Processing time
Every Mesa Rose Co. piece is printed to order in small batches. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment before it leaves our hands. During high-volume periods (holidays, new releases), processing may take a little longer — we'll always note it at checkout if that's the case.
Shipping time
Once your order ships, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. 
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, reach out to us at customerservice@mesaroseco.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
